You can book a shuttle through the hotel if you prefer.
We used CanadaTransfers.com and really loved the service and the prices! It was $68 roundtrip for two people including some beer on arrival.
The earlier you book your room the earlier we can pair you up with others arriving at a similar time to share a shuttle and split costs.
You can ask the front desk at the hotel to order you a cab if you’d like to go explore. It is about $50 each way to Playa del Carmen or Cancun.
Quintana Roo does not allow Uber or Lyft services.
If you choose to rent a car we recommend getting an international driver’s license. The drivers are somewhat aggressive so just mentally prepare to drive in a different culture. Quintana Roo driving is really not too bad though!
